A: If marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Q: Should I use a trackable shipping service for items over $150?

A: Yes, for items over $150, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
